Courses for every stage!

01.

Pups: Confidence & water safety

Lessons cover breath control, water safety, floating, and basic strokes using armbands and kickboards, with fun races for 5-6-year-old “Pups”.

02.

Becoming a Competent Swimmer ​

Our Development 1, 2, and 3 programs help swimmers master strokes, training skills, and race strategies, progressing to 100-200m medleys and competing from inter-club to county level.

Competitive Squads

Our Bronze, Silver, and Gold squads guide swimmers from beginner competitors to elite athletes, focusing on stroke refinement, endurance, race strategy, and peak performance training, with opportunities to compete at national and international levels.
