Our Competitive streak

Otters has continued to develop swimmers for the National Team who represent Kenya at every level including the Olympic, World Championship, Commonwealth and African Championships.

We subscribe to the ideals of long-term athlete training development with our very young swimmers starting at Pups progressing through Development 1-3. This is a foundational stage for stroke development with age and level appropriate competitions. They associate learning with having fun so we let them enjoy themselves, so they can love the sport.

Followed by the Bronze and Silver squads where the swimmer learns how to train as they polish and refine their technique. The gold squad is our premier squad, and the goal is Training to Train. Strength and conditioning are an integral part of training for this level.
